Alex Arcila

Manager: Alex Arcila

OC Broad Services (OCBS) was created by Alex Arcila, whose passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities began more than 20 years ago

Alex started his journey in 2001 working directly with young adults in a Level 4i group home. Those early experiences—helping people feel safe, understood, and supported—shaped his commitment to this field. As he grew into roles such as house manager and Administrator of several specialized residential programs, one thing remained constant: his belief that every person deserves dignity, stability, and the chance to thrive.

After moving to Orange County in 2009, Alex spent eight years managing the county’s crisis home. There, he worked closely with families, case managers, and clients facing some of the most challenging moments of their lives. These experiences strengthened his desire to create a service that was not only professional and reliable, but truly family-centered.

In 2016, Alex founded OC Broad Services with that mission in mind. OCBS became vendorized by the Regional Center of Orange County in 2020 for respite services, and later expanded to offer Personal Assistance and Supported Living Services.

Today, Alex continues to work directly with families and staff. His approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and understanding. He believes that every family deserves a partner they can trust—and that’s the heart behind OCBS.

Judith de Kort

Director of Operations: Judith de Kort

Before joining OC Broad Services in 2020, Judith built a strong career in customer service and hospitality. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management in the Netherlands and gained valuable international experience while living and working across several countries before making Orange County her home.

Judith previously served as Director of Customer Service for an international au pair agency, where she supported families and au pairs through cultural transitions and helped create positive, successful childcare experiences. She also shared her linguistic skills by teaching Dutch to both children and adults.

Today, Judith oversees the overall operations of OC Broad Services. Her leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to exceptional service help ensure that our families, staff, and programs receive the highest level of support.

We are grateful to have Judith’s experience, professionalism, and heart guiding the work we do.

Program Administrator: David Santana

David brings over a decade of experience in respite services, supporting families across Orange County. Over the years, he’s taken on a variety of roles—from providing direct care to managing daily operations—which has given him a deep understanding of the needs of both families and providers.

A proud graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, David is excited to step into his new role as Field Manager at OCBS. In his role David will oversee all Direct Support Staff and ensures services are consistently delivered to our agencies standards and that meaningful progress is being made toward the goals established for the individuals we serve.

David is passionate about building strong, supportive teams and making sure everyone he works with feels valued and respected.

Throughout his career, he has led with kindness, empathy, and clear communication—always striving to create a positive environment where both clients and staff can thrive.

Progam Manager - SLS Robin Harris

Robin brings over 13 years of experience as a Program Manager in a Portland-based group home, where she dedicated her career to supporting youth and helping them build brighter futures. In that role, Robin oversaw daily operations, provided mentorship, and collaborated with staff and community partners to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.

After relocating back to Orange County in June, Robin continues to carry forward her passion for service and commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. She believes that even the smallest acts of support can create lasting change and takes pride in uplifting individuals one step at a time.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys spending time at the beach, camping, and attending sporting events—but most of all, she cherishes time with her children and grandchildren.

Service Coordinator/Office Assistant: Kimberly Gomez

Kim holds a degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine, and has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

She began her professional journey as an ABA therapist, working closely with children to promote meaningful behavioral growth.

Kim later joined the Regional Center, where she spent several years helping families navigate systems and access essential services and resources. Her experience also includes providing support within school settings, further enriching her understanding of the diverse needs of individuals across different environments.

In her current role as a Service Coordinator/Office Assistant, Kim is excited to continue her commitment to helping families access respite, personal assistance, and supported living services.

Administrative Executive: Bradleigh LaBruna

Bradleigh has spent most of her work career in the International Ocean Freight Industry. Working as a line manager with customer service being her strength.

She loves people and enjoys serving in whatever capacity she is needed. Bradleigh has always had a heart to serve, and has spent a lot of time in different community outreaches and non profit organizations.

She enjoys learning new things - which brought her to OC Broad Services. Her desire is to make people feel valued, seen, noticed and tended to... which she is able to do working in our office. She currently handles payroll and billing, which she loves because it allows her to interact with clients and caregivers.

Project-Based Administrative Support: Kari Carlson

Kari supports the overall operations at OC Broad Services, assisting with agency projects, compliance documentation, scheduling support, and daily office coordination. She also provides dependable backup coverage for the Services Coordinator, helping maintain smooth communication and accurate documentation across programs.

Outside of work, Kari brings the same energy and organization to her personal life:

“I’m a proud mom of three and wife who loves staying active—running, working out, or cheering on a ballgame. I’m highly organized, value structure and connection, and strive to balance discipline with joy. Family is at the center of my world, and I bring that same focus and positivity into my professional life.”

Her dedication, warmth, and reliability make her an invaluable part of the OCBS team.

Quality Assurance Coordinator: Daniella Arcila

A recent graduate of New York University, Daniella brings a unique perspective shaped by her lifelong exposure to the field of behavioral services. Growing up in a household where both parents dedicated their careers to supporting behaviorally challenged individuals, she has developed a deep understanding of the commitment and care required in this industry.

As she embarks on her professional journey, Daniella is enthusiastic and confident in her ability to apply the strong work ethic and dedication she has witnessed firsthand. She is driven by a genuine passion for helping others, with the aspiration of delivering the same exceptional service exemplified by her father.

In her role, Daniella will be responsible for ensuring the timely submission of all special incident reports and implementing procedures and training to prevent future occurrences. We are confident that her background and enthusiasm will be a valuable asset to our team.
