OC Broad Services (OCBS) was founded by Alex Arcila, who brings over 20 years of dedicated experience working with families and individuals with developmental disabilities.
Mr. Arcila's career began in 2001 as direct care staff at a Level 4i group home, where he supported young adults transitioning from the Kern County Juvenile Hall system. The following year, he embraced a new opportunity at a 4-bed Adult Residential Facility (ARF) that opened in August 2002, serving adults with behavioral and self-care challenges from the Porterville Developmental Center. Within six months, his capabilities led to his appointment as the house manager of Bakersfield’s first crisis home for children.
In 2004, Mr. Arcila became ARF certified by the State of California and was subsequently promoted to Administrator of a 3-bed ARF facility. Continuing his professional growth, he passed the Group Home Administrator exam in 2005 and became the administrator for a Level 4i 4-bed facility. During this time, he also briefly managed a day program facility for six months.
Moving to Orange County in 2009, Mr. Arcila was promoted to Administrator Director. For eight years, he managed the Orange County crisis home in Costa Mesa, further honing his expertise. In 2016, he established OC Broad Services, which was vendorized by the Regional Center of Orange County in 2020 to provide respite services. OC Broad Services expanded its offerings to include Personal Assistance and Supported Living Services shortly after.
Throughout his extensive career, Alex has a proven track record of successfully working with some of the most behaviorally complex children and adults in California. He remains deeply committed to collaborating with families to ensure their diverse needs are fully addressed.

Before joining us in 2020, Judith built a strong foundation in customer service and hotel management. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management in the Netherlands and gained valuable international experience living and working in various countries before making Orange County her home.
Notably, Judith served as a Director of Customer Service for an International Au Pair Agency. In this role, she expertly guided families and their au pairs through cultural adjustments, ensuring both high-quality childcare and a positive cultural exchange, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Her passion for diverse cultures and exceptional service is evident in all she does.
Prior to joining us, Judith also shared her linguistic skills by teaching Dutch to both children and adults.
We are thrilled to have Judith's extensive experience and commitment to excellence here at OC Broad Services.

In that role, Robin oversaw daily operations, provided mentorship, and collaborated with staff and community partners to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
After relocating back to Orange County in June, Robin continues to carry forward her passion for service and commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. She believes that even the smallest acts of support can create lasting change and takes pride in uplifting individuals one step at a time.
Outside of work, Robin enjoys spending time at the beach, camping, and attending sporting events—but most of all, she cherishes time with her children and grandchildren.
